JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the I.P.C and Section 136 of the Electricity Act.

Accusation is of stealing 2100 meters of electric wire worth Rs.

1,20,000/-.

Though the First Information Report was registered against unknown but the name of the petitioner surfaced during investigation and the petitioner was remanded from Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 252 of 2014.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner and only on suspicion the petitioner has been remanded. Moreover other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 10824 of 2015.

No.13124 of 2015 (2) dt.06-04-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur(Tehta O.P.) P.S. Case No. 250 of 2014.
