2. The petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2015 in connection with Samho P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015, corresponding to S. Tr. No. 75 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as in fact he is living in another town and on coming back to his house on the night of the alleged occurrence, there was some quarrel between him and his wife (deceased), after which she consumed poison and the petitioner discovered in the next morning that she was lying dead.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged as well as the fact that the body of the deceased became traceless though admittedly the petitioner woke up in the morning to find her lying dead, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner.
