JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) 09-02-2023 The petitioner has filed present writ application, in the nature of public interest litigation, seeking direction to the authorities to conduct a meaningful inquiry of work relating to "Har Ghar Swatchh Jal" under the Mukhyamantri Saat Nischay Yojana with respect to all 12 Wards under Jamsaut Panchayat in the District of Patna.

The relief, which the petitioner is seeking in the present writ application, could be addressed by the authorities

Patna High Court CWJC No.1931 of 2023(2) dt.09-02-2023 2/2 under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'). The petitioner has apparently not invoked the provisions under the Act. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.

The petitioner shall be, however, at liberty to approach the appropriate authority under the Act seeking relief as sought in the present writ application.
