JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2023 The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner had filed an application for transfer of arms license, existing in the name of aged grandfather of the petitioner, in his name, however, the same was rejected by the District Magistrate, Nawada by an order dated 16.10.2007, which was challenged by the petitioner by filing an appeal bearing Arms Appeal No. 161 of 2008, whereupon the learned Divisional Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya by an order dated 04.03.2010 had set aside the order of the District Magistrate, Nawada and remanded the matter back to him, however, till date, no decision has been taken.
