The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No.231 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the nature of offence as also submission made at the Bar and the statement made in the para 3 of the application that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate,
