2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code whereas the charge-sheet was submitted under Section 304(B), 306 of the IPC.
3. After investigation, the police found the case to be a case of suicide and submitted charge-sheet under Section 306 , 304(B) of the IPC. Petitioner is in jail since 10.08.2023.
4. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the petitioner is the root cause of the death of the deceased.
5. The deceased committed suicide because she was having a relationship with different person since before her

6. Considering the fact that the deceased has committed suicide, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Raxaul, East Champaran, Motihari/concerned Court below in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i) The petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and on absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, the bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.
