The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that he got information from the sister-in-law of the deceased that his daughter was ill. The informant went to the house of the sister-in-law of his daughter and thereafter went to the house of the daughter along with Bhajan Rai, the petitioner, but nobody was found inside the house. Later on, the dead body of his daughter was found floating in a river. It is submitted that the petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased. There is no allegation against the petitioner. It is alleged that the husband of the deceased was not giving his earnings to his sister and, that is why, the wife was annoyed. Later on, the husband started giving money to his wife and, that is why, they
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11780 of 2015 (2) dt.07-04-2015 2/2 were annoyed with the daughter of the informant. It appears that the husband was not found present in the house and the dead body of the deceased was recovered from a river.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, District - Saran in Sonepur P.S. Case No. 458/2014.
