Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that except confessional statement of co- accused Suraj Kumar, there is nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 19.3.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Sadar P.S. Case no. 87/2016.
