JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The only allegation against the petitioner is that he purchased the stolen gold chain from co-accused and for the aforesaid act, petitioner is in jail custody since 27.06.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Gaya in connection with Magadh Medical P.S.Case No. 128 of 2016.
