According to prosecution case itself, the victim was taken away on 19.10.2014 but the first information report was lodged on 13.11.2014.

Although victim has stated about the involvement of the petitioner in her kidnapping but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M 1st class, Bettiah in connection with
