The present writ application has been filed for the purpose of proper investigation in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 892 of 2021 lodged under Sections 365, 302, 201, 34 of the I.P.C.

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 1st, (West), Muzaffarpur is directed to proceed this case in the light of order passed in Surendra Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.126 of 2023(2) dt.12-04-2023 2/2 WJC. No. 153 of 2017 and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022.

With this direction, the present criminal writ application stands disposed off.
