Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased who died in other than normal circumstance. There appears to be allegation of torturing as well as illegal demand. Deceased died within seven years of her marriage and, therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case no. 105/2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial no. 247 of 2015/ 341 of 2015 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge III, Jehanabad stands rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within the time as fixed by the learned trial court in the
