In pursuance of order dated 07.04.2016, second supplementary show-cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos.1 and 2. After going through the same, it is evident from Para-5 thereof, that in compliance of order impugned, the Education Department, Government of Bihar vide Memo No.7 dated 16.06.2016, has sanctioned the post of petitioners and further, released Rs.1,50,62,632/- (One crore fifty lacs sixty two thousand six hundred thirty two) only to be paid to the petitioners in lieu of their dues. The aforesaid contention is found further supported with Annexure-SA/2.

That being so, instant petition loses its utility and is accordingly, dropped, giving liberty to the petitioners to reagitate, in case, they feel their grievances still alive.
