Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 307, 387 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is named in the first information report with allegation that he demanded extortion money from one Rajiv Ranjan Singh and also made indiscriminate firings but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was released from jail in connection with a case and when the petitioner got bail in the said case, police arrested the petitioner and implicated him in this false case and moreover, except criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. It is further submitted that so-called victim of the present case has not whispered even a single word against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as
