The petitioner seeks bail in Hisua P.S. Case No. 208 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(ii)(v) of the SC/ST Act.
The informant alleged that he was taken his daughterin-law to PHC for treatment as she was pregnant. Rahul Kumar persuaded him to get her treated in Rahul Nursing Home but the condition of his daughter-in-law deteriorated and sent to Sadar Hospital, Nawada. The daughter-in-law of the informant died on way to Sadar Hospital, Nawada. The informant also named the petitioner that on account of negligence of Rahul and the petitioner his daughter-in-law died.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8789 of 2015 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 It appears that the informant did not make any sort of allegation against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 208 of 2014.
