This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.92 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c)/22of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3.

As per the F.I.R., 11 Kgs. of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4174 of 2024(2) dt.16-02-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II, Bhagalpur, in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.92 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner would cooperate in the trial.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Jagdishpur Police Station, District-Bhagalpur on first and third Sunday of every month.
