The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with other co-accused are alleged to have taken the deceased with them on the pretext that her grand mother-in-law was ill on 25.1.2013. The deceased was missing since 25.1.2013 but the informant did not inform the police or any other authority about missing of his son. On 2.3.2013 the dead body of his son was found by the side of Bagmati river and thereafter, the informant lodged this case. There is no eye witness of the occurrence. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15653 of 2015 (4) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 informant alleged that the deceased had gone along with the petitioner and others.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in connection with S. T. No. 462 of 2014 arising out of Moro P. S. Case No. 5 of 2013.
