2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 302 of 2025, S.T. No. 45 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, two unknown criminals killed the deceased by firing upon him and during investigation, it has come that Juli Kumari, wife of the deceased was having illicit relation with Jaiki Kumar and they conspired with Suryamani Kumar and the petitioner for killing the deceased, Sikandar and the petitioner have given their self inculpatory statement that they have killed the deceased. The murder weapon has been recovered from the petitioner. The

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
