JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the first information report, that it was co-accused Ranjay Yadav who gave dagger and brick bat blow to the deceased and so far as, petitioner is concerned, it is stated that he was dragging the deceased putting Gancha around his neck.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Kajra P.S.Case No. 55 of 2014.
