Learned counsel for the appellants submits that in spite of information given to the appellants they have not turned up. On 07.08.2017 the appellant was granted two weeks' time to take fresh steps for appeal notice. Even on 07.05.2018 appellant was again directed to take steps for fresh service of notice against respondents no.1, 3, 5 and 7. It appears that the appellant has left interest in prosecuting the appeal. In such circumstance, this first appeal is dismissed for
