Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.8.2014 on the accusation that blade, screw driver, and one key ring were recovered from his conscious possession.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking note of the fact of the present case as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Rail Patna Junction P.S.
