JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2019 After some arguments, Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present application in the light of statement made in paragraph 4 of the counter affidavit filed by the State.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that encroachment Case No. 1 of 2018-19 of the district of Purnea was initiated in respect of Khata no. 111 appertaining to Khesra No. 271, area 0.69 decimal while no encroachment case has been initiated in respect of Khata No. 27, Plot Nos. 283 and 362 which is claimed by the petitioner.

Petitioners further seek liberty to approach before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1829 of 2019(3) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 competent authority for the redressal of their grievances, if any. Permission is accorded.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Status quo granted vide order dated 01.02.2019 stands vacated.
