JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in jail since 17.12.2011 in a case registered under Sections 498(A), 448, 307, 302, 504 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the D. P. Act.

Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of giving dagger blow to the deceased and injured of this case against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 131 of 2012/06 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned Adhoc Additional District Judge-III, Nawada, stands rejected.
