JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-03-2025 This is an application for quashing of the order dated 20.05.2017 passed in Complaint Case No. 1894© of 2009 passed by the learned A.C.J.M., VIth, Patna by which the prayer for discharge of the petitioners was rejected.
2. By the impugned order, the discharge application filed by the petitioners was rejected by the learned Magistrate. The learned Magistrate has found enough materials from the evidence of the witnesses examined in the complaint for proceeding for framing of charge.

3. Strong prima-facie case has been found against the petitioners for framing of charge by the Court below and I do not find any ground to interfere in the impugned order.
