This application for anticipatory bail arises out of K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 828 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 406,420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.
