The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Rajesh Kumar had illicit relation with Rupa Devi, and Ramjit Yadav, the brother of the informant, assaulted Rajesh Kumar. The informant suspected that the petitioner and Rajesh Kumar might have killed his brother. It appears that except suspicion, the police did not collect any tangible evidence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N.P. Singh, Judicial
