JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 31.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol and live cartridge were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saharsa in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 20 of 2015.

Since the petitioner is accused in three other cases,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15485 of 2015 (2) dt.14-05-2015 2/2 learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner if he defaults for two consecutive occasions or gets involved in some serious nature of offence.
