JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sone Nagar Railway P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that dead body of son of informant was found on railway track and petitioner and other accused persons are named in the FIR on suspicion.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except suspicion there is nothing against him and considering the same co-accused Kundan Kumar has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 20.1.2020 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 705 of 2020 and petitioner is in custody since 3.10.2019.

Case No. 37 of 2019.
