2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 280 of 2021 instituted under Sections 342, 366, 376 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of forcibly establishing sexual relationship with the victim-informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the petitioner and the victim belongs to Bengal and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

5. Considering the direct allegation against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5114 of 2026(4) dt.10-03-2026 2/2 petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. If the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present order.
