2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the place of occurrence after seeing the police party. Name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sanjip Kumar @ Sanjit Kumar, who was apprehended on spot with arms and ammunition. No arms or ammunition has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.961 of 2025(2) dt.11-02-2025 2/2 27.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64583 of 2022. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Patahi P.S.
