2. The petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2015 in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 397 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and similarly situated co-accused Kundan Kumar Jha has been granted bail by the learned Sessions Judge on 12.01. 2016 vide B.P. No. 1107 of 2015. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25006 of 2016 (3) dt.26-07-2016 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai (Samastipur) in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 397 of 2015 with additional conditions that one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner; and the petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure to do so on three consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
