1. Though the present petition has been filed by way of 2nd attempt for grant of anticipatory bail, in connection with Piparia, P.S. Case No.89 of 2022, registered for the offenses punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, inasmuch as the earlier petition filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail, bearing Cr.Misc. No.53421 of 2024 had stood rejected by an order dated 20.09.2024, passed by this Court, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court and avail the privilege of bail, however, submits that the learned trial Court be directed to consider the bail application, to be filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail and pass appropriate orders, thereon on the very same day. It is directed accordingly.
