No. 11913 of 2012 (Braj Bhushan Prasad Singh Vs. State of Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.4291 of 2020(3) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 and Ors.), has yet not been complied with.

If that be so, we without going into the question of maintainability of the representation, direct the District Magistrate, Darbhanga (respondent no.3) to forthwith comply with the order and take appropriate consequential action positively within a period of two months from today. Mr. Ashutosh Ranjan Pandey, learned counsel for the State, undertakes to communicate the judgment/order dated 13.09.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11913 of 2012 to the District Magistrate, Darbhanga by all modes including electronic modes latest by tomorrow.

We dispose of the present petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to revive the judgment/order dated 13.09.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11913 of 2012 or initiate proceeding under contempt jurisdiction.
