2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 471 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, there is recovery of one stolen motorcycle and one cartridge from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No any incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has four criminal antecedents and in all cases he is on bail. Petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact and also period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned court in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 471 of 2024, with condition that:

(I) The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Belsar Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
