====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 13-02-2017 The present contempt application alleges violation of the interim order dated 9.8.1996 passed in Second Appeal No.189 of 1995. Admittedly, the Second Appeal has since been decided. Once the appeal has been decided, it is open to the decree holder to seek execution of the decree in accordance with law rather than continuing with the contempt application against an interim order passed in the appeal as the interim order stands merged in the main order.

Patna High Court MJC No.1222 of 1997 (4) dt.13-02-2017 2/2 The present contempt application is disposed of as having become infructuous.
