Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 25.10.2018 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 2535/2018 to the extent that the vehicle number mentioned in the order as BR05R-7617 be corrected as BR05T-7617. Learned counsel submits that mistake occurred because of the typographical error in the main petition.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the order dated

Patna High Court MJC No.34 of 2019(3) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 25.10.2018 is modified to the extent that now in place of vehicle no. BR05R-7617 it would be vehicle no. BR05T-7617. Rest of the order shall intact.
