This application for anticipatory bail arises out of A.P.M. P.S. Case No. 138 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are named in the confessional statement of one Dhakko Sahni of having participated in the killing of the deceased. Other materials have also been collected during investigation in support of the prosecution case. Considering the aforesaid facts, in the opinion of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1953 of 2022(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
