2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 324, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date & time of occurrence, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners, armed with lathi, danda, gadasa and axe, came and assaulted informant and his nephew. It is further alleged that petitioner no. 4 (Ramesh Ram) opened fire, but the same did not hit anybody.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged incident occurred on account of land dispute between the parties, in which, both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. Allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate 2nd, Mohania, District - Kaimur at Bhabua/concerned Court in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 216 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
