JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are some admitted dues. Learned counsel for the State, however, submits that the work in question was of the year 2004 and he has no instruction as to whether there is any admitted dues. In the given facts and circumstance, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner, if so advised, may approach the respondent no. 2 for payment of admitted dues if any. In case it is found that the petitioner is entitled for some admitted dues which has remained unpaid, respondent no. 2 shall take an appropriate decision within 90 days from the date of claim made by the petitioner along with a certified copy of this order.
This writ application is disposed off.
