The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 8 (c)/20 (b)(ii)(B)/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act and Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

As per prosecution case, one kg. Ganja, one countrymade pistol and five live cartridges have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Recovery has been made from the house, which is in joint possession of the family. The recovered Ganja is of small quantity and petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2021. It is further submitted that charge has already been framed in this case on 21.12.2021. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 3rd cum Special Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 34 of 2021, arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2021.
