In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Piar (Hatha OP) P.S. Case No.228 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The police has recovered about 85 literes of liquor from newly constructed house of the petitioners, however, counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Looking to the quantity of liquor recovered, this
