Having regard to the fact that the State Government has already issued notification dated 19th May, 2015 vide memo No. 972 and the rule 9 vested power to the Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar, Education Department, Bihar, Patna to decide all the disputes, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar, Education Department, Bihar, who shall decide the claim of the petitioner at the earliest
