Patna High Court CWJC No.6409 of 2014 (2) dt.11-09-2017 2/2 11-09-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Siwan, for redressal of their grievance. The District Appellate Authority, Siwan, may consider Annexure-2 (joining application of the petitioner no. 1 dated 13.06.2013) to the present writ application. Permission is accorded.
The petitioners shall file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Siwan, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
