The petitioner seeks bail in Dumariaghat P.S. Case No. 116 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was apprehended with a bolero vehicle bearing number W.B. 05B-9579, but the petitioner did not produce any chit of papers with regard to ownership of the vehicle. The vehicle was found to be stolen from Gorakhpur. The driving license which was recovered from the possession of the petitioner was also found to be forged.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
