The petitioners seek bail in Chakarandha P.S. Case No.03 of 2019, registered under Section 124(A) of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 16(i) (b), 18, 20 of the U.A.P. Act.
The informant on a picket apprehended two persons, namely, Suryamal Yadav and Kishori Yadav and on such some objectionable articles were recovered showing that they were active member of the banned Maoist organization. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioners figured in the case during the course of investigation. Petitioners
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10825 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 have got no criminal antecedent. Suryamal Yadav and Kishori Yadav have already been enlarged on bail by order dated 31.07.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No.46233 of 2019. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, petitioners, namely, Lakhan Yadav and Manoj Yadav @ Manoj Kumar are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Chakarandha P.S. Case No.03 of 2019.
