The petitioner seeks bail in a registered under sections 323, 504, 506, 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner along with other accused persons kidnapped the daughter of Shiv Sharan Sah who had gone to attend her class in Saryug Prasad Nayak College, Sugauli. It appears that the informant is not the eye witness of the occurrence. The occurrence took place on 25.09.2014 but the first information report was lodged on 01.10.2014. The petitioner happens to be the co- sharer of the informant.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 26.10..2014, the above named petitioner is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13952 of 2015 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in Sugauli P.S. Case No. 351 of 2014.
