The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 927 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 356, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code .
The allegation is regarding snatching of mobile from the informant and from the spot the petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended and assaulted by the general public. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 03.10.2018. Lastly, it is submitted that other co-accused person has already been granted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3412 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2019 2/2 bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by an order dated 18.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78477 of 2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 927 of 2018.
