2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 228 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals had killed the deceased.

4. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the self inculpatory statement of one Rahul Kumar Paswan and Kalu Paswan. The petitioner was acting as a liner.

5. Considering the active participation of the petitioner in the murder of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
