Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Informant happens to be wife of the petitioner and she has levelled allegation that petitioner administered poisonous chocolate to her as well as her children as a result of which her children died in course of their treatment. The F.S.L. report prima facie corroborates the accusation.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 212 of 2014 arising out of Barh P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11248 of 2015 (6) dt.10-09-2015 2/2 187 of 2013 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Barh, Patna stands rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.

The office is directed to return the F.S.L. report to the concerned court under sealed cover.
