Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 329(3), 109, 352, 351(2)(3)(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 has antecedent of one case and petitioner no. 2 is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that accused persons including the petitioners, who are his agnates on 26-5-2025 at 4 pm, started abusing, on objection, petitioner no. 1 caught him and Chandeshwar assaulted by farsa causing

No.4697 of 2026(2) dt.17-03-2026 2/3 injury on head, thereafter Nagendra assaulted him by an iron rod causing injury on thigh, while petitioner no. 2 assaulted by lathi all over his body and Lal Babu assaulted Ravi by lathi causing injury, on alarm villagers gathered and injured were taken to hospital.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that petitioners and the informant are agnates and are having dispute relating to land and even the injury suffered by the injured has been opined to be simple in nature and the blow is not alleged to have been repeated.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sirsiya P.S. Case No. 96 of 2025, subject to the
